Dan has had 25 rewarding years helping people reach their goals. He has learned a great deal over that time. One important lesson he learned is that you cannot rest on your laurels. We are in a new era of tech innovation and he is using this new knowledge to help you get what you want.
A Midwest kind of guy with solid roots set in Fort Lauderdale Dan moved to the area from Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1968. The plan then was to learn to fly and then to enter the airlines but fate intervened and in 1969 Dan enlisted in the Army attending basic training at Fort Polk La. After basic Dan went on to be honor graduate in his training as a boat captain at Fort Eustis in Virginia eventually commanding a PBR river patrol boat in the Mekong Delta in 1970.
After the military Dan graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA with a special interest in International Business, and Real Estate. Dan was a partner in a company called Construction Services International, Inc from 1978 to 1990. Leaving CSI and the traveling behind Dan left that business and started his career in real estate. Dan became a broker in 1991 and worked for Jim Naugle and Company until moving to Intercoastal Realty in 1994.
Celebrating his 25th year in the real estate business in 2013, Dan has accomplished many of the goals he set for himself but he is having way too much fun to quit now. Helping people to meet their goals and getting the job done keeps Dan going in the business.
Dan serves on the Beach Redevelopment Board for the city of Fort Lauderdale. Dan is an avid golfer, Skeet shooter, scuba diver, kayaker, and not a bad cook.
