Harbor Beach is bounded by Port Everglades Inlet on the south, the Intracoastal Waterway on the west and the north and the Atlantic Ocean on the east. Within this total area you will find Harbor Beach Isle, the very affluent gated community with exceptionally luxurious homes and excellent dockage. Non-waterfront is east of A1A to Lake Mayan and Harbor Inlet is just south of 17th Street with its dockage restricted by a bridge but some homes right on the Intracoastal. The Harborage, the epitome of elite living with only 14 homeowners on their own private gated, guarded island is accessed by bridge from The Harbor Beach Isles.
These islands were developed later than the islands of Las Olas and Rio Vista but are still part of the trend of renovate, tear down and build for custom homes or for investment. You will find some of the most elegantly beautiful homes and eye appealing winding streets, great water views and fine dining, shopping and entertainment here.
A great bonus for Harbor Beach residents (not Harbor Inlet) is the availability of membership in the Surf Club, a wonderful private 300' beach complete with a club house that can be used for any type party such as weddings, birthdays, etc. Members have their own parking and security key which opens a gate at the scenic footbridge leading to the facility. An attendant is availably during the day but the Club is open 24 hours each day. For additional information, go to www.HarborBeachSurfClub.com.
There is also the Harbor Beach Marina for additional boat dockage on an as available basis at 50 cents per foot per month. This marina also has secured parking, electricity, and garbage service.
Add all this to really close proxinity to Port Everglades and only 15 minutes to The Fort Lauderdale International Airport—what's not to love!
