Setting the highest standard for his customer relationships comes naturally for Andy. 
A very successful career in sales, marketing and management following his post U.S. University and Graduate School years shaped this philosophy early on.
Born into a German Diplomatic Corps family in Ankara, Turkey; Andy benefited from an extensive exposure to a wide range of international cultural (lived in Bonn, Germany; Madrid, Spain and Tokyo, Japan) and linguistic (fluent in English, German, Spanish) experiences.
Additionally, his Tennis success on a national and international level helped shape a tough business approach around "getting the most for my customers" and the "stamina" to complete the most challenging Real Estate transactions successfully.
Over the last 18+ years Andy has built a top producing team with his wife and business partner Kathy Snyder Guerke.
