Kathryn was raised in Miami Beach, Florida and attended University of Miami and Broward College. She is a second generation  Realtor, her Father a mortgage banker and her Mother a real estate broker. Actively selling real estate since1988, she has managed and trained new associates. Kathryn has an exceptional knowledge of real estate that she brings to her clients - her expertise in negotiation skills,  market conditions and her commitment to the client. Kathryn resides in Fort Lauderdale. She  has raised 2 children and enjoys her 4 grandchildren and great grandson Benjamin, family activities , boating and baking goodies for her grandchildren.
