Within a year of starting in the business Kathy Snyder Guerke was honored by Intercoastal Realty, Inc. as one of the top producers of the year!
     Born in Washington, DC and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Kathy is essentially a Fort Lauderdale “native”,  graduating from Fort Lauderdale High School.  Her dedication and tireless work ethic were honed in a lifetime of competitive tennis, including playing for Auburn University.  She went on to own a successful Travel Agency in Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years.  
     Once she married Andy, they moved back to Fort Lauderdale and used her business acumen to open another successful company, We Take The Cake.  After 5 years of ownership they both decided to pursue another passion: Real Estate.  Using the experience from competitive tennis and running their own company have lead them to prosperous real estate careers.
     They have become top sales people within Broward County and are extremely high achievers.  Kathy & Andy have taken real estate to a higher level using their “hands on” experience from remodeling and building single family homes as well as a small executive office building.  These experiences made them much stronger in an ever expanding marketplace and they have become “trusted advisors” for both Buyers and   Sellers looking for creative ideas how to improve the home they are buying or selling.
     Outside of the office Kathy can be found on the tennis courts, golf course or walking her French Pointer, Remy in her Coral Ridge neighborhood.
