A true southern girl with roots in Wilmington, NC, Quitman, GA and Palestine, TX, Molly grew up in New Orleans. After graduating cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a Spanish degree from Emory University in Atlanta, she began selling waterfront properties in 1980, following a brief but memorable postal service career as a letter carrier here in Fort Lauderdale. Ask her about Redbutt!
She has enjoyed a long and extremely successful career selling waterfront homes while raising her 2 now grown children (millennials, one of each), and has enjoyed boating all her life, from Pass Christian to Norfolk to Wrightsville Beach to the Abacos. She used to have a Swan 41! She has always been involved in her community and taught her children to do the same. She is a member of the Junior League (local community) and is a Colonial Dame (honoring our country's history). She serves as Treasurer and Secretary on the Board of the Colee Hammock Homeowners Association (neighborhood) and is a member of the Bonnet House Alliance (local history).
Molly brings a spirit of fun to all she does. Her upbeat attitude and extensive local waterway knowledge combined with her over 40 years of selling waterfront at Intercoastal Realty will make your home buying or selling an excellent and enjoyable experience.
Experience and fun attitude cost no more but make the difference!
