Dolphin Isles Ft. Lauderdale, FL

  • Dolphin Isles

This small Intracoastal Waterway neighborhood founded in 1991 is a secret gem in the Fort Lauderdale beach area.  It is a quiet and peaceful community close to the beach and has Intracoastal views too.  The surrounding neighborhoods are upscale communities plus a remarkable extra of Birch State Park, a fun place to go for adults and children too.   Dolphin Isles has 24 hour security too.

This barrier island just north of the central beach has ocean on the east side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.  There are single family residences on the wide, short canals with quick access to the Intracoastal and both low rise and high rise condominiums with water views at the north end of the area.  There are 2 public access points to the wide sandy beach too.  This is another one of the beautiful places to live in Fort Lauderdale.
