This area of Harbor Beach features some restricted waterfront islands called Marion, Grace, and Barbara Drives. There are some non-waterfront homes as well nestled just north of Port Everglades Inlet, which is its southern boundary and the Intracoastal Waterway, its western boundary and the Atlantic Ocean its eastern boundary. There are several condominiums and townhome developments including Point of Americas One and Two. There are even hotels, including Pier 66 hotel which has a 360 degree turning penthouse party room at the top and the top rated Marriott Harbor Beach hotel. Lots of good shopping and good dining too. All of these are nicely compartmentalized so that the single family residences have very quiet living.
