Hollywood is a classic Florida beach town which has attracted visitors since the 1920's. It features a one-of-a-kind beach front promenade called Hollywood Beach Boardwalk that stretches well over 2 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can jog, rollerblade, bike, walk and do all the fun outdoor things with a cool ocean breeze blowing. Families can find several restaurants where they can enjoy a seaside meal comfortably while they watch the kids on the beach. And, every week-end Josh's Organic Market sets up shop on the south end of the promenade selling fresh produce and even tropical smoothies at a seaside stand. Convenient trolley services are available Wednesday through Saturday offering a great way to stroll downtown and the best beach sites.
