Bounded by Las Olas on the north, the Intracoastal Waterway on the east and south and Poinciana Drive on the west, this area of the Las Olas Isles has a little bit of everything from commercial on Las Olas to some apartment buildings and a wide variety of both old and new charmers. Idlewyld Drive curves along the Intracoastal Waterway on the east. This secluded little area has lovely old and new homes along Idlewyld Drive and a fascinating number of old charmers in the non waterfront interior. Idlewyld has dockage only along Idlewyld Drive, across the street from your home - but what a view! The west side of Poinciana also has good dockage in varying sizes.
This is a really great place to live whether on water or non water.
