Imperial Point
Imperial Point is a lovely near coastal neighborhood bordered on the north by McNab Road, on the east by US1, on the south by NE 56th Street and on the west by 18th Avenue. At the north end is Imperial Point Park with a shaded playground where residents can relax and enjoy with the family, It is also home to prestigious Pine Crest School which is recognized nationally for its academic program. There is a wide array of health and medical buildings and hospitals.
It is a sister community to Coral Ridge Isles and has the same two bridge restricted ocean access with a small boat. It is close to excellent dining, near beaches, and close to the Turnpike and I95 with quick access to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
