Lauderdale Harbors is a single entry three island group just south of Rio Vista with deep wide river/canals very close to Port Everglades. Up and coming area, perfect for future gating, this quiet subdivision has a mixture of 1950’s one story homes, usually on 70’ x 110’ lots, and brand new luxury homes This is a sleeper community adjacent to Rio Vista with substantial new homes built in the last few years but ready for new activity as the real estate sales heat up again.
