North Las Olas Isles
The residential islands are N. Gordon and S. Gordon, sometimes called Navarro Isles. S. Gordon (Navarro) is accessed directly from Las Olas Blvd. while N. Gordon is accessed from Victoria Park Road just north of Broward Blvd. They are really side by side and have some similarities with attractive and well maintained older homes alongside magnificent new homes. They are pretty secluded as the other Las Olas Islands get the most attention, but they have all the same advantages besides being quiet places to live.
Hendricks Isle and Isle of Venice are basically apartment islands with a few homes interspersed. Here again older apartments sit right beside brand new luxurious townhomes and apartments. These islands all have some good dockage and are close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
