Northeast Fort Lauderdale extends from US1 on the west to the Atlantic Ocean on the east, from Sunrise Blvd. on the south to McNab Road on the north. Within this area are several very desirable residential subdivisions, some waterfront, some non-waterfront homes, and some condominiums and townhomes. Along US1 and A1A, there are many shopping malls with a wide variety of merchandise and many fine restaurants, both casual and gourmet. There is the well known private Coral Ridge Yacht Club and Coral Ridge Country Club, a few beloved public parks like George English Park and Birch State Park. And, of course, miles of white sand beach.
Included in this area are the subdivisions of Coral Ridge Galt, Coral Ridge Country Club, Coral Ridge Country Club Estates (non waterfront), Bal Harbor, The Landings, Lake Estates and Bay Colony.
