This area of Fort Lauderdale is large with borders that meander too much for the usual border description. It is much like Middle River with numbers of small family homes, several Homeowner's Associations, parks and schools. It straddles I95 with about half its area on either side of the expressway. The homeowners take very good care of their property and take pride in their neighborhoods.
