There are six islands that comprise the Isles of Rio Vista. Seventh St., the north boundary runs along the active New River so it has some amazing views and actually has two island points. The Intracoastal points of these islands showcase some of the finest new construction homes and a few of the old homes that still exist. Every island point has magnificent views and side dockage with excellent dockage all along each island lined with mansions and charmers, all with dockage. The south boundary features the Lauderdale Yacht Club, the grand dame of yacht clubs, at its point. This island is the only one that also has some most desirable condos with some dockage.
