Built in 1969 as a rental condominium called the Chateau Royale, this building was renamed in 1979 and converted into 128 studio, one and two bedroom condominium residences on sixteen floors.  Amenities include pool, community room, fitness room, sauna, laundry room, both assigned and guest parking and storage.  It is located about one block from the ocean between the Bonnet House Museum and Birch Park and enjoys special ocean, city and Intracoastal Waterway views.
