Located right on the Intracoastal within a very short walking distance of the beach or Galleria Mall.  This is not a new building but has been exceptionally well updated and maintained.  It has two levels of 24 hour security - the gated entrance and another one at the guarded lobby entrance.  As you enter the lobby, the Intracoastal is very much in view.  Besides excellent owner and guest parking, this building has a rooftop heated pool and sauna, library and quiet seating areas.
