    The Venetian sits on four acres of land with great Intracoastal and ocean views as well as the Hall of Fame and passing cruise ships. The building has water on three sides and it makes for good dockage in the best area. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, five star hotels, shopping, and all the beach fun activities. There is a great Health Club as well as a pool, hot tubs, saunas, a library, a tiki bar, grills, shuffle board and a resident workshop. It is a fabulous place to live!
